Field Scorpion is an oilfield P&A and cementing support tool designed to help users estimate and organize job information, including balance plugs, production stub plugs, CICR/retainer jobs, slurry volumes, displacement volumes, mix water, top of cement estimates, pump schedules, saved job history, P&A packages, shared snapshots, and job ticket information.

Field Scorpion is operated by Scorpion Digital Tools LLC.

By using Field Scorpion, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Field Calculation Aid Only

Field Scorpion is provided as an estimate, calculation aid, and field workflow tool. It is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, company procedures, regulatory requirements, job-specific programs, well-control practices, safety meetings, or onsite decision-making.

Users are responsible for verifying all inputs, well data, pipe data, cement design, calculations, procedures, pump schedules, regulatory/company requirements, and final job decisions before use in the field.

Field Scorpion is intended to provide useful estimates and job organization. While we work to improve accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that calculations, results, tickets, diagrams, pump schedules, warnings, review checks, lookup results, saved packages, shared snapshots, or recommendations will be error-free or suitable for every job.

Field conditions, well conditions, equipment, fluid properties, pipe data, and company requirements can vary.

4. No Engineering or Professional Advice

Field Scorpion does not provide engineering approval, legal advice, safety approval, regulatory approval, well-control assurance, or other professional advice. Any results produced by the app should be reviewed by qualified personnel according to applicable company policies, field conditions, and job requirements.

5. Account Access

Users may be required to create an account to use Field Scorpion. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.

Do not share your account with unauthorized users.

6. Job History and Shared Tickets

Field Scorpion may allow users to save job history, build P&A packages, enter actual job records, and generate shareable job tickets or view-only package links. You are responsible for reviewing any job ticket, package, actual, note, or shared snapshot before using or sharing it.

If you share a ticket, package summary, or public link outside the app, you are responsible for the information you choose to disclose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Field Scorpion and Scorpion Digital Tools LLC are not responsible for losses, damages, job problems, operational issues, safety incidents, business losses, or other consequences related to use of the app.

Users are responsible for verifying all results and making final field decisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are made, the effective date will be updated.
